Shadows of the Realm Book Sale

Shadows of the Realm CoverOK, so i received an invite on Goodreads the other day from Australian author, Dionne Lister, whose debut novel, Shadows of the Realm Book One: Circle of Talia, is on special offer from January 8th – January 22nd, and she kindly asked for the book to be promoted. Of course, i agreed.

I have yet to read this book, not because it doesn’t interest me, i mean fantasy is the genre that excites me the most. Actually, i am quite looking forward to reading this, i mean it’s got magic AND dragons, what could possibly go wrong.

Here is the book blurb:

Bronwyn and Blayke are two strangers being drawn into the same war. Their world is facing invasion from the Third Realm. While they move unknowingly toward each other, they are watched, hunted, and sabotaged. When the Dragon God interferes, it seems their world, Talia, will succumb to the threat. Can they learn enough of the tricks of the Realms before it’s too late, or will everything they love be destroyed?

The young Realmists’ journey pushes them away from all they’ve known, to walk in the shadows toward Vellonia, city of the dragons, where an even darker shadow awaits.

Exciting stuff, I’m sure you’ll agree. It doesn’t give away anything really does it? It captures your imagination (Realmists’? What are they?) and talks of Dragons and Gods. It is pure fantasy at heart.

Dionne Lister, who lives in Sydney, also has other stories out. Dark Spaces is a Dionne Listercollection of suspenseful short stories that will leave you pulling for the bed covers and Divine Intervention is a short story that was released only a few months ago. She is an independent author, supporter of Indie Authors and writes regular blog posts.

You can check out Dionne Lister on her Website, Facebook Page, Goodreads Page or Twitter account.

Shadows of the Realm (eBook) is on sale now! Just $1.99 on Amazon and £1.28 on Amazon UK.
